More on 40-year Mortgages

Here's another scary 40-year mortgage scenario from the Sun's Linda Letherdale (Thanks to the Canadian Capitalist).

For the credit challenged out there, Genworth Financial notes that 40-year mortgages are not sub-prime products.  You need reasonably decent credit.
