There’s a buffet of options available to home buyers in 2007. 40-year mortgages, interest only mortgages, 100% financing, etc. The mortgage broker motto is turning into: "You need it. We got it."
The Nanaimo News concurs and writes that "consumers can really benefit from the guidance of a mortgage professional who can sort through the mounting options…a mortgage consultant is the only way to access some of these products…"
That’s 100% true, and something the banks will never tell you.
