Major Changes to Open Variable Rates

Mortgage Rates Variable-rate funding costs have soared in recent days.  As a result, almost all lenders have now moved to prime rate on open variable mortgages.  As of this writing, however, there may be one last bank still clinging to prime – .50%.  Call any mortgage planner for the latest rates and information.
