100% financing will be ending at these remaining lenders any day now–in advance of the government’s new rules coming October 15.  The exceptions are the alternative lenders:

• Wells Fargo, which will continue offering self-insured 100% financing (640+ minimum credit score)
• Citi Financial, which offers 100% self-insured refinances (610+ minimum credit score)
