Business Development Manager – Northwestern Ontario
Job Description
- This BDM will be based in Northwestern Ontario and service all of Northwestern Ontario.
- The Business Development Manager (BDM) role is primarily sales based. Compensation is largely based on funded volume and funding ratio (fundings as a percent of applications).

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the mortgage industry (experience in mortgage origination and/or underwriting).
- Experience in delivering training to adult learners.
- Excellent public speaking and writing skills.
- Account management experience.
- Must be a highly motivated, results oriented and self-starter with BIG goals!
