Business Development Manager – SouthWestern Ontario
Job Description
This BDM will be based in Southwestern Ontario and service all of the London, Kitchener, Golden Horseshoe and surrounding areas. The Business Development Manager (BDM) role is primarily sales based. Compensation is largely based on funded volume and funding ratio (fundings as a percent of applications).

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the mortgage industry (experience in mortgage origination and/or underwriting).
- Experience in delivering training to adult learners.
- Excellent public speaking and writing skills.
- Account management experience.
- Must be a highly motivated, results oriented and self-starter with BIG goals!
