Position Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience working in a residential centralized adjudication unit
  • 3-5 years credit adjudication field
  • Knowledge of CMHC/Genworth insurance guidelines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience working within the mortgage broker industry
  • Core hours 11:30 – 8:00

General

  • Evaluating applications based on risk, profitability and the potential for default and loss
  • Review supporting documentation when required, to ensure it meets minimum required standards
  • Strong communication skills to assist dealing with brokers, solicitors and internal clients on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining daily contact with the BDM’s and brokers in your regions is essential to success in the role.
  • Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload is essential in this role.

Bilingual is an asset but not required for this role.
