Business Development Manager – Edmonton
Job Description
This BDM will be based in Edmonton, Alberta, and service all of Edmonton and surrounding areas. The BDM role is primarily sales based. Compensation is largely based on funded volume and funding ratio (fundings as a percent of applications).

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the mortgage industry (experience in mortgage origination and/or underwriting).
- Experience in delivering training to adult learners.
- Excellent public speaking and writing skills.
- Account management experience.
- Must be a highly motivated, results oriented and self-starter with BIG goals!
