Sales & Marketing Manager

Mortgage Mentor is an established service provider for the mortgage brokering industry and is poised for growth. Our client base stretches across Canada and includes several high profile individuals and recognizable brand names. We are positioned to move into the next phase of both: customer expansion, and product development.

Mortgage Mentor is presently looking for an individual that:

  • loves the mortgage business, but is tired of the frustrations in handling consumer files
  • has a passion for both Sales Presentation and Teaching/Coaching others
  • have a talent for Marketing
  • is willing to participate in both the active and administrative aspects of the role
  • enjoys helping others with solutions to their business challenges.

Experience will include a minimum 6 months (preferably 2 years) experience as a: mortgage lender BDM, Mortgage Agent, or Broker Assistant.  Preference will be given to those able to be registered with FICOM.

This career enhancing position also provides opportunity for the successful candidate to obtain an equity position in the company.

Qualifications include:

  • fluent written and oral English skills
  • organized, detail oriented and have ability to follow instructions
  • neat and legible handwriting
  • great telephone manner & Customer Service skills
  • computer skills: competent in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • mature but fun personality
  • enjoys smaller office environment
  • have own transportation
  • be well groomed and have a professional appearance
  • team player willing to contribute ideas and able to handle tasks without supervision
