By purchasing our services or products you agree that:

• All such services, related information and related technology are being provided by McLister Media Inc. (“MMI”) at your request, and upon your acceptance of these terms.
• All information provided by MMI, its agents and affiliates is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. Information, reports, results and technology provided in relation to this agreement are not guaranteed to be free of errors, and all rate projections and information are subject to change without notice. You agree to assume all liability and responsibility for using said information.
• You will not hold CMT, MMI, its owners, representatives or affiliate liable for any information or technology you receive in relation to this consultation or otherwise. You agree to indemnify and hold MMI harmless for all results and damages related to this consultation and any related technology, including but not limited to those brought by you and/or by your clients.
• MMI does not advise on specific clients. Any information or comments that MMI provides pertaining to specific clients shall not be deemed advice, rate quoting, brokering, or co-brokering.
• Information provided by MMI, whether verbally, via email, or in AmCruncher, is confidential and may not be copied, reproduced, disseminated or disclosed to anyone, except for screenshots of AmCruncher which may be provided via email or in printed form to individual mortgage clients.
• AmCruncher is copy-protected and tracked. It may be used on your personal or business computer only. You may NOT make AmCruncher available to any other persons. You agree that violating this clause will immediately make you subject you to a $200 fee per copy shared, and you agree to pay said fees within 5 business days of invoicing from MMI.
• Time spent consulting or training you beyond the initial hour will be charges at $199 per hour + tax, billed in 15 minute increments. This applies whether that communication be via phone or email. You will receive a verbal or email estimate in advance of any billing in this regard.
• You must have Excel 2007 or later.
• We do not provide tech support after the training period. If the spreadsheet cannot operate properly on your computer simply let us know during the training period and we will attempt to fixed the problem or refund $75 off the price of this consultation, at our option. All sales after 10 days are final, regardless if whether bugs appear thereafter.
• All legal matters pertaining to this agreement shall be governed by British Columbia law and adjudicated in Vancouver, British Columbia. Any clause deemed unlawful shall be stricken with the remaining terms held in full effect.
• These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without notice and you agree to all changes that may be reasonably necessary to protect MMI’s interests, and protect it from liability related to your use of its services.
• Terms deemed unlawful shall be stricken with the rest of this agreement held in full force.
  
• You agree to print a copy of the above terms if required for your records.
