Position Overview:
Reporting to the CEO, the Regional
Manager takes ownership of the recruitment, training, education, and
retention of a group of professional mortgage brokers. This individual is
accountable for growing the volume of mortgages funded in the region they
serve. The Regional Manager is also the broker’s primary source of
communication and support involving all aspects of Invis’ relationship with the
broker.
Job Details:
- Accountable
for funded mortgage volume targets in the region you serve. This is
a results-oriented position! - Servicing
the South Western Ontario region - Maintains
current knowledge of mortgage lending policies and procedures - Promotes
and educates mortgage brokers on company products and services, including
our unique and exclusive private label products - Communicate
and support Unitas and iProtect Insurance offerings - Conducts
professional development seminars - Represents
Invis at industry functions - Develops
and executes strategies to meet company objectives - Facilitates
and resolves broker issues
Job Requirements:
- You
have in-depth knowledge of the residential mortgage business and must have
developed contacts in the industry. - You
have 5+ years with previous mortgage sales and/or production experience. - You
have post-secondary education. - You
have excellent oral and written communication skills and relationship
skills. - You
have strong time management and organizational skills. - You’re
a natural self-starter with the ability to work well with minimal
supervision. - You
have a working knowledge of PC word processing, email, internet,
spreadsheet, and presentation software. - You
are comfortable with frequent travel throughout your region.
