If you are a licensed broker with a minimum of 1-year
experience in the mortgage industry, customer service focused, have exceptional communication skills and are excited about
selling mortgages from a variety of lenders, we want to hear from you!
This
position was created as a commission sales position however we can work with a
base plus commission structure.
The
objective is to cultivate the existing database and incoming leads from our
extensive mortgage referral network. Working as a full time in-house mortgage
broker (client care and underwriting), you would be responsible for the
mortgage file from beginning to end; calling the database, responding to
incoming leads, meeting with clients, analyzing clients’ financing needs, educating
clients, providing mortgage solutions, submitting the deal and closing the
file.
Key Accountabilities / Activities:
The successful applicant will contribute to the overall success of Dreyer
Group by working in a team environment selling mortgages from a variety of
lenders.
The
person(s) applying should be charismatic, personable, motivated with good
listing skills, exceptional communication skills, confident and a go-getter!
Work
Location: Primarily out of the South Surrey (Morgan
Creek office) with occasional client appointments in our Vancouver location.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in sales
- Broker’s licence
