CMLS is looking to expand our Residential Business Development team! We are looking for an experienced, motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited to join our successful sales team. The Regional Business Development Manager in the Province of Ontario will be responsible for originating residential mortgages through the mortgage broker channel. Since our unbelievable success of our Residential Division launch in 2013, you will join a high performance team of Business Developers with the support of an experienced Risk team including underwriters and funders and a Servicing team. We are looking for an energetic and dedicated addition to our Residential Sales team – join us!
This position is for you if you:
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial mortgage referral relationships with selected mortgage brokers in your region;
- Provide unparalleled sales support, product and underwriting training to all of your business partners;
- Take ownership of your territory’s volume objectives and make it happen while maintaining both deal quality and underwriting efficiency standards; and
- Liaise with your colleagues in underwriting in resolving issues with business partners.
