The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of Operations, the new team member will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the Education Department by serving as the main point of contact for inquiries related to courses and exams. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing both course and exam enrollments, scheduling, study groups, materials, grading and reporting, as well as providing general program support to staff and students.


To provide bilingual support to adult students as they embark on a career in the mortgage industry, including:

  • Preparation of course and exam materials
  • Bilingual phone and email support, including assisting with registrations and cancellations
  • Monitor course registrations, delivery, study groups, and virtual classes
  • Coordinate exam scheduling, marking and reporting


  • Excellent professional communication skills in English and French (Quebec)
  • Experience in office administration (preferred)
  • Experience working as a program coordinator/administrator for an academic institution
  • Experience with CRM systems/database management (preferred), and MS Office (required)
  • Strong, effective problem-solving skills
  • High level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership
  • Above average organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to meet short deadlines, and to work under pressure
  • Friendly, approachable personality
