If you are a licensed broker with a minimum of 2-year’s experience in the mortgage industry, have underwriting experience, customer services focused,  have exceptional communication skills and are excited about selling mortgages from a variety of lenders, we want to hear from you!

Job Description:

Reporting to the Broker Manager, and working in conjunction with our team to meet client financial needs and exceed service expectations, this position is responsible for providing assistance throughout the mortgage financing process. It supports and services existing and past clients with questions and inquiries. As well as proactively calls and markets to potential clients and existing database for mortgage opportunities.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities
·       

  •          With direction manages fulfillment of client mortgage requests
  •         Assists in arranging mortgages
  •         Enter applications/deals in Filogix system
  •         Closing of client files
  •         Follows up with client conditions
  •         Booking of client appointments
  •         Updates CRM system
  •         Conducts follow up client calls
  •         Lead calls
  •         Makes annual review calls
  •         Proactively seek referral opportunities
  •         Manage and generate lead inquiries through CRM system
  •         Sales tracking

 

Work Location:
Head Office, South Surrey (Morgan Creek office)

 

Remuneration:
This position will have a base salary with a bonus incentive based on total team results
