Mobile Mortgage Specialist
Purpose of the Position
As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist you will be responsible for representing Concentra to the general public in a specified territory. Your primary responsibility is to grow new business directly with consumers in a niche market. The primary focus is on funded volume specific to net new origination and refinance with additional secondary targets based on the quality of the portfolio generated by the MMS and other business unit priorities set by the Director, Mobile Mortgages. Wow us with your ability to embrace disruptive opportunities in the financial services industry. Sell us on how you can develop and enhance existing and new sales channels including indirect supplier relationships, mobile sales forces and digital platforms.
In this position you will seek opportunities to engage in customer focused home financing conversations with a goal of bringing new customers to Concentra. You know how to develop business from a variety of sources with an aim to generate new leads and build a pipeline of mortgage business. As an expert in this business you understand the local market and your client’s needs. You’ve built a reputation by providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions. You are familiar with current mortgage offers around technology, processes, and customer touch points and you know how to manage your time efficiently while balancing a strong focus on customer service excellence. You will have access to marketing, sales and social media support as well as dedicated coaching and leadership support from the Director, Mobile Mortgages.
- Successful completion of a business degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
- Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP, preferred) or courses to satisfy provincial regulatory requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in the mortgage industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
